Diverse experiences would best describe my life. A
career in healthcare always created more questions
than answers which led to seeking alternative healing
techniques and numerous psychological healing
methodologies. These interests led to curiosity about
other cultures and their belief systems, philosophy,
religious practices, etc. This led to many trips to foreign
lands for adventure and self discovery.

My favorite quotes are "I will not die an unlived life" and
"Know the truth and the truth will set you free."

So Truth, like a carrot on a stick, has been the magnet
that draws me ever forward in my quest for self
awareness, freedom, and celebration.  My favorite
pastimes and activities include techniques for self
development, such as reading, writing, meditation,
astrology, numerology, adult classes at the local
community college.  I enjoy spending time with friends
and colleagues, sharing ideas and discoveries.
Creative expression is my joy.

I feel blessed to have an IONS Group in my community
which brings together a diverse, creative, friendly group
of people who are willing to share their talents and effort
in raising consciousness for all who desire it. Science
and Spirit at its best as One.
