Paula Krause's top priorities in life have always
been health and wellness. As a certified Polarity
Wellness Educator, she has studied under some
of the most renowned teachers in the wellness field
throught the US and Mexico. As a Life
Enrichment Coach and Energy Psychology
Trainer she teaches a wide variety of Energy
Balancing Seminars. She is a passionate teacher
who has chosen to work in the wellness field to
empower others to become proactively involved in
their own healing.
She grew up in Jamestown, in western New York
state, near Chautauqua Lake. Later she earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education
from the State University of New York, at Brockport.
She lived for ten years in Cancun, Mexico, where
she thrived in her work as a Master Scuba
Instructor; she has a unique way of integrating the
underwater world into her seminars.
